We will notify you within 24 hours to let you know that we have received your purchase.
We currently are processing orders within 2-3 weeks. That means you will receive a shipping notification 2-3 weeks after your order date.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority, or First Class Mail (depending on the size of the item). Please allow AT THE MOST 2 weeks (from your ship date). You should receive your order much sooner than that, but the Post Office can be slow as molasses sometimes- especially around the holidays! Once you receive your shipping notification with tracking information, your order is out of our control. We can only see what you see when you look up your tracking number. If you do not receive your item, please contact us and we will do what we can to help you. We also check delivery confirmations, and will contact you to make sure you received your order if we do not see a confirmation within 2 weeks.
Because we lovingly make everything by hand, there are bound to be some imperfections. That being said, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to help you.
